Randy Pat Mortensen

Randy and Patricia Mortensen

President and VP/Admin Director

Randy Mortensen has been an entrepreneur most of his life and strives to use business as a way to alleviate poverty and make an impact in the world. Pat is a past business owner and an advocate of education as a means to eliminating dependency.

Randy and Pat have been traveling to Haiti and leading World Wide Village since 2006 and are passionate about the Haitian people.

Roberson Belzince

Construction/Agriculture Manager

Roberson was the first employee of World Wide Village in 2008. He has a passion for agriculture and has become proficient in construction with training by US builders. Roberson is married and has three children. He lives in Port au Prince.

 

Peter Seraphin

Peter Seraphin

Operations Manager

Peter has worked for World Wide Village since 2009 as the operations manager. He acts as a community liaison for projects in the rural areas. His engaging personality helps make an experience enjoyable for our teams. Peter lived in the United States for 30+ years. He now lives in the Luly area of Haiti and is married and has two children.

 

Jamil Lucien

Logistics and Procurement Manager

Jamil started his tenure with World Wide Village in 2009 as a warehouse manager. Since then he has evolved to managing all aspects of logistics and procurement. If we need it, Jamil can find it…at the best price! Jamil lived in the United States for eight years and now lives in Port au Prince. He has seven grown children.

 

Marlene Desire Dorvil

Accounting Manager

Marlene has been in charge of all aspects of budgets and accounting in the office in Haiti since late 2010. She has a degree in accounting from university in Port au Prince. She is the financial lifeblood of our Haiti operations. Marlene is married with one daughter and lives in Carrefour.

 

Alyssa Dittmann - Administration/Database Manager

Administration/Database Manager

Alyssa has worked for World Wide Village in our St. Paul, MN office since 2014 and is a wizard at managing our databases and processing donations on a timely basis. Alyssa is passionate about people and sharing her faith whether in Haiti or in the inner city of St. Paul. She is a gifted singer.

 

Kim Anderson

Kim Anderson

Board Member/Volunteer Marketing Director

Kim Anderson was trained with a master’s degree in geriatric social work and now helps with marketing and communication for WWV, while staying home with her three children. Kim and her husband, Matt, travel to Haiti twice per year to work in the WWV mobile medical clinics to provide medical care and soul care to the people there.

Greg Ackerson

Greg Ackerson is an entrepreneur who founded three of the first For Benefit Corporations in the State of Minnesota. In addition to serving on the Board, he has been leading WWV mission trips to Haiti with his wife, Lori, since 2012.

Lori Ackerson

Lori Ackerson is a Registered Nurse from Oak Grove, MN. She loves her time in Haiti doting on all the amazing children she has met and especially loves the trips her daughter Sara is able to come on with her.

Matt Anderson

Matt Anderson is a general internal medicine physician with UW Health in Madison, WI. Since 2013, Matt has worked together with WWV to care for the people of Haiti physically and spiritually in a unique model that aims to bless them with health as well as a deeper knowledge and love of Jesus Christ. Originally from Iowa, Matt lives in Madison, Wisconsin with his beautiful wife, Kimberly, and their three children.

Bill Brass

Bill Brass is a project manager with Morcon Construction, a commercial construction contractor in Minnesota. In addition to lending construction expertise, Bill has been instrumental in initiating and maintaining the WWV goat program.

Jackie Glockner

Jackie Glockner is a Senior leader with over 22 years of finance experience in the financial services industry. Jackie is passionate about WWV’s vision and believes strongly in working with Haiti’s communities to build self-sustaining solutions while sharing the gospel and love of Jesus Christ.

Barbara Mahr

Barbara Mahr has been involved with World Wide Village since 2008 and serves on the Board with the Marketing and Education committees. Her prayer is that God will bless the collaboration with the leaders in Haiti and the support of World Wide Village to realize the vision of self-sustainable communities who share the love of Christ.

Cheryl Schow

Cheryl Schow works as a Regional manager, Industrial Development for Union Pacific Railroad. Cheryl has served on the WWV Board of Directors since 2015 and believes in the organization’s Biblically-based outreach and mission to build self-sustaining communities in Haiti through education, health care, housing and agriculture while sharing the Gospel and love of Jesus Christ. Cheryl lives in Ogallala, Nebraska and have a daughter, Bailee, and a son, Ben.

Steve Shambora

Steve Shambora has worked as a financial Advisor to Individuals, Professionals, Corporations and Not for Profits since 1993. In addition to serving on the Board at WWV, Steve also serves as a board member at Prosper America, and the Illinois Advisory Board for Mothers Against Drunk Drivers (MADD). Steve has been traveling to Haiti regularly since 2011. He is impressed with the work of World Wide Village and its focus on empowerment, and not just a handout. Steve lives in St. Charles, Illinois with his wife of 17 years and their two children, Franklin and Mary.

 

Chad Streit

Chad is a high school special education teacher. He is Chair of the Board and heads the Education Committee. Chad has been married to Jennifer since 2003.

Jennifer Streit

Jennifer Streit is a microbiologist/manager for a private research company. She is part of the Marketing & Development committee. She and her husband Chad have 3 sons, Jason, Drew, and Evan.

Mike Wagner

Mike Wagner has been a commercial real estate broker, developer and manager for over 45 years. Mike is now semi-retired. He is a firm believer of WWV’s mission statement… “To be and make disciples of Jesus”, and consequently has made four exciting and life altering trips to Haiti, on behalf of WWV.
