An initial deposit of $100 is due upon application. A second deposit of half the remaining balance is due 60 days prior to arrival date. A final payment of the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival date.

Can I get a refund?
World Wide Village is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization. Under section 501(c)3 of the US tax code, all contributions to WWV are tax-deductible. It is the policy of World Wide Village that all donations received are non-refundable due to the potential tax and reporting implications. Your "payment" and any gifts towards your trip are contributions that are pooled into project and operating budgets. Per IRS requirements, all contributions are administered under the full control and authority of WWV.
