Maykervens lives near Luly, Haiti with his mom and younger sister. Luly is a small fishing village along the western coast of Haiti. Even though Maykerven's family struggles with poverty, he has persevered and reached high school. A sponsorship will allow him to continue in school without the burden of paying tuition and achieve his goal of graduating! Maykervens most enjoys studying math in school and playing soccer with friends outside of school. His nickname is Mayou.
