A special thank you to our wonderful supporters for everything you have helped to accomplish over the last year. We were blown away by your generosity yesterday for #GivingTuesday. Thank you for supporting our staff and small business start-ups yesterday and for impacting lives all throughout the year. Here are just a few of the highlights from the year…
- Over 1200 students are enrolled in WWV schools
- 100+ goats in the WWV family herds are multiplying
- 10 new businesses were started – a special thanks to #GivingTuesday!
- 3 weddings were funded
- 2 new houses were built for single mothers
- 3 Bible programs were started for young women
- Gardens are producing papaya, peppers, moringa
- Sewing school is going strong in Williamson
- Over 30 patients are enrolled in hypertension program
- 90 women were screened for HPV/cervical cancer
- 16 women were sent for preventive treatment
- 2 wells continue to provide water to thousands
