Thank you so much for participating in our Change for Chickens fundraiser!  The change that you have so generously donated will go directly toward changing and improving lives in Haiti.  Sadly, the unemployment rate in Haiti is 40.6% and more than 2/3 of the workforce do not have formal jobs.  World Wide Village is striving to build sustainable communities in rural areas of Haiti.  One way to help build these communities is through agriculture. Your donations will go directly toward providing chickens for a family business and for the City on a Hill project.  Watch this short video to see how you are making a BIG impact in Haiti — with chickens!

Want to do more to help the people of Haiti?  You can!  Here’s how:

  • Learn more about our Student Sponsorship Program where you can sponsor a child’s education for only $32 per month.  You can help break the cycle of poverty in Haiti and offer a better future for a child in need.  Partner with WWV to give a child an opportunity for a Christ-centered education!
  • Come to Haiti on a short-term mission trip!  Come and use your God-given skills and share the love of Christ with the people of Haiti.  Volunteer in the schools, help provide medical care, lead a Vacation Bible School, help with construction projects, go on prayer walks and more!  There are so many opportunities for ways to serve.  Learn more about our teams HERE.
  • Donate toward the City on a Hill project that will offer healthcare through a permanent medical clinic, advanced training through a vocational school, new agricultural initiatives and single-family housing.  Watch our recent video on providing healthcare in Haiti:

  • Help spread the word about World Wide Village and the work God is doing in Haiti by becoming a World Wide Village Ambassador!  Share your heart for Haiti with others by organizing fundraisers, recruiting new student sponsors, praying for Haiti and more!

Thanks again for joining with WWV in making an impact in Haiti and bringing glory to God.
