Can I get a refund?

World Wide Village is a tax-exempt nonprofit organization. Under section 501(c)3 of the US tax code, all contributions to WWV are tax-deductible. It is the policy of World Wide Village that all donations received are non-refundable due to the potential tax and reporting implications. Your "payment" and any gifts towards your trip are contributions that are pooled into project and operating budgets. Per IRS requirements, all contributions are administered under the full control and authority of WWV.

Trip Costs

Trip Registration Including Airfare

$1,900.00

Total cost of trip is $1900 including airfare. (NOTE: If airfare is lower or higher, we will adjust the total cost.) Deposit is due to WWV at time of registration. Airfare (approx. $850) is due November 3, 2019. 1st Half Trip costs of $475 is due to WWV by November 17, 2019. Final payment of $475 to WWV is due December 8, 2019.
