Ashley Jones is a nurse at a local hospital in Ames, Iowa. Besides caring for her own patients, Ashley wanted to go above and beyond for children in Haiti. Ashley saw a need in Haiti and decided to rally her co-workers to help meet that need!

Too many students in Haiti miss weeks or months of school because they lack one simple necessity – school shoes. Ashley decided to ask her co-workers to help. She collected black dress shoes (required for students in Haiti) and also collected donations to purchase school shoes IN Haiti.

God definitely blessed Ashley’s efforts and she raised enough to purchase enough school shoes for over 100 kids in Haiti, in addition to those shoes being shipped!

Thank you, Ashley & everyone at Mary Greeley Medical Center. Students at the World Wide Village schools in Haiti are grateful that you went above & beyond!
